Nicole is an internationally recognised military information operations and social media warfare adviser who is a regular instructor for and speaker to NATO.

An early adopter of using social media for OSINT in the law enforcement, intelligence and military environments during her time working within the Australian Federal Government; Nicole now works extensively in CVE and SOCMINT.

Nicole’s first book ‘Social Media Rules of Engagement’ is available in Australian bookstores and via the Amazon and iBooks stores.

Nicole holds the following academic appointments:

  • Charles Sturt University – School of National Security and Terrorism; and
  • RMIT University – School of Media and Communications

Claire is a highly skilled communications and event specialist with over 15 years experience across Australian Federal Government, both within the public service and as a ministerial adviser. Claire has also worked in with NGO’s and NFP’s both within Australian and Internationally, leveraging her expertise in driving and managing change for successful outcomes. Claire is regularly sought out for high impact roles and is focused on providing business optimisation across the totality of the communications spectrum.
Claire’s international expertise, together with her crisis and issues management acumen enables the Info Ops HQ team to offer a holistic communications solution to our clients, spanning the branding, reputation, strategy and stakeholder relations environments.
Jarrod Smith Info Ops HQ
Head of Capability Development

Jarrod joins the Info Ops HQ team from his previous position within the Department of Defence as Director, Industry Analysis. In this role he was responsible for the management of the Department’s Priority Industry Capability (PIC) policy framework and worked directly with the Chief Economist to conduct research and analysis of the global Defence Industry sector.

Jarrod is also a successful entrepreneur having launched Projectia -a crowd sourcing social network that enables people to post, follow and collaborate on projects people are passionate about.  Jarrod joins the Info Ops HQ team as Head of Capability Development where his skills and industry expertise will enable us to offer our clients end-to-end strategic policy and effect based economic strategy.
